Senators Cassidy and Graham proposed a new Obama Care repeal and replace law this week. The Senate has until September 30 (because of reconciliation)to vote on the law without any hearings or scoring by the CBO. Rework 1/6 of the US economy, radically change healthcare for everyone and rush it through in less than 2 weeks.
