I mentioned the ruling by the Hawaii judge, who happened to be an Obama bundler, that got unanimously overruled by SCOTUS.
Simple question for you - can you agree that the ruling by that bundler judge was either grossly incorrect or politically motivated and not based on law whatsoever? In either case, shouldn't that judge step down? Someone that incompetent at the level he is at shouldn't be at the level he is at.
