Live thoughts

I thought Army would be higher than 24--not much but a little bit
South Carolina and LSU ahead of Mizzou....hmmm (the entire SEC is basically ranked)
Louisville ahead of South Carolina and Mizzou is...a choice...all with 3 losses
No love for SMU Still
Georgia first out but still in the top 12
---
Bracket
Boise State fell a spot
Ole Miss up to 11--I guess that's why Georgia is 12--curious to see what they do if Georgia beats Tennessee
Miami is way too high at 9
Wow--Tennessee fell behind BYU but we didn't???
The committee loves the Big Ten's top teams--4 of the top 5
We're still ahead of Indiana
Still not ahead of Texas but I'll take 4--hosting Ole Miss

UGA probably kills Tennessee now if Kirby can spin the "1st out" into disrespect.

Will Nico Iama play? That's a big thing.

Where does Indiana fall if they lose Saturday? 9/10 or lower? That's interesting. What about if OSU loses?

I'm a little confused because I don't understand how/why Miami is ahead of the 2 loss SEC teams--it doesn't make any sense to me or how BYU jumped Tennessee. So, does the committee not like the SEC other than Texas?

Indiana might crash and burn if that's a blowout but, in theory, they shouldn't fall as far as Miami did given they're playing Ohio State but, yeah, I'd wager 10-11.

The committee definitely gave Kirby bulletin board material. Can't wait to see that game.

I'm going to say, at least today (while it isn't relevant), they are holding with the 0>1, 1>2 for the most part.

I think us over Indiana makes that a little suspect, but our schedule is better than theirs and they can fix this by beating OSU Saturday.

BYU jumping Tennessee I don't get either, but maybe it's them figuring UGA beats Tennessee Saturday and they probably will shunt Tennessee down because of that. Or maybe it's "Nico left the game early."

I don't think they dislike the SEC, but the SEC has a "too many teams with 2 losses" problem. The majority of which will likely win out. It'll be interesting to see how they play that going forward.

When I saw Tennessee at 7 I did kind of expect to see us at 6--then it was BYU then Indiana so what separates Ohio State, Penn State and Texas from Tennessee--just the quality of the loss? Tennessee does have the Bama win but they have been relatively unimpressive since they humiliated Kent State.

And, maybe they did stack the 2 loss SEC teams after Miami just so they didn't have to answer questions regarding why Miami fell from 4 to 13

They moved UGA roughly that same drop, but had to account for rising Ole Miss as well. What they actually did was setup 5 SEC teams for getting in, unless they shunt Tennessee to the out list if UGA wins.

Yeah, I still think we get 8 teams from the SEC and Big Ten. 9 if ND stumbles. Indiana's going to be interesting at 11-1 and compared to 10-2 teams

They will fall out of top 100 if they lose Saturday since they are playing the bye
