Recruiting is exploding. I now believe Penn State could have as many as 10 to 12 verbal commitments by the end of June.
Summer workout sessions will begin in earnest at the beginning of June and in about one month the remaining 13 members of Penn State's class of 2018 will arrive on Penn State's campus.
