So what psu students or the bookstores need to do is make a white and blue t shirt with the exact same design followed by '.....' And then underneath say "in petrochemical waste sights, poor fan behavior, and in apologies given to other universities'. On the back they could have the outline of Pennsylvania with some saying like 'there is no other'.

Any other things that should be in that list?
