Chicago Steakhouses???

Have a crew of about 24 going to Chicago, went to Gene & JOJO's the last few times out there, while fantastic, looking for a new place for steak.
Staying at the Embassy Suites downtown, looking to go 5-6 o'clock on Friday, about 24 people.
Any recommendations? Also, do i need to make reservations, i would assume.
