If threatening to quit is Chris Wray’s style of leadership then I hope he does! That is not the kind of leadership we need. I challenge someone to take a poll of the rank and file FBI agents on the Nunes memorandum. I suspect most are in favor of its release. It’s the upper echelon, the political appointees, who are having a nut. And those people represent the ‘head of the snake’.
I say name names. Don’t redact jack $hit. Get the memo out there and let the public decide. And should corroborating evidence lead all the way to the White House then so be it. This is our government. They are public servants and as such, they work for us. Nobody can be exempt: not Trump, not Obama and not Clinton. That’s something some of you seem all too willing to concede for the sake of harboring animus for the other side, and as a student of history I cannot tell you how dangerous that is to the long-term survival prospects of a constitutional republic.
