Classless society as explained by Supreme court opinion in 1996 in upholding gay rights. Principles now totally violated by the Left

Stumbled on this in responding to Jason's claims that conservatives on Supreme court have a political agenda. "One century ago, the first Justice Harlan admonished this Court that the Constitution "neither knows nor tolerates classes among citizens." Plessy v. Ferguson, 163 U. S. 537, 559 (1896) (dissenting opinion). Unheeded then, those words now are understood to state a commitment to the law's neutrality where the rights of persons are at stake." https://supreme.justia.com/cases/federal/us/517/620/

Seeing how Biden started off trying to prevent white people from receiving agricultural benefits and all the Left is about is identity politics, it is worth noting how low the level of understanding and knowledge has plummeted in the US. Also, that the basis of gay rights is a principle that the Left nearly entirely rejects now.
