I'm missing this one. Spotty wifi as right now I'm laying on a boat dock with my feet in the water of Lake McDonald in Glacier National Park, Montana.

Cael will understand.

Most trails of the best trails are still snowed in. Today hiking it hit 90 degrees. My son figures the water is 40 degrees. Tomorrow 60s.

My favorite place on earth (Rec for a big night dual is possibly #2). Enjoy!

Say "hi" to momma grizzly and her cubs. 😬

My apologies to El, for thread misdirection but on the Avalanche Trail today, just past the lake about where the mountain water feeds in (and trail ends), a lady said she saw a cub coming down the hill. She said it was probably going for water. As word passed everyone had their bear spray unholster

and ready to go. No one else in her party saw it and as word was it was a black bear everyone relaxed.

Penn live has a great story on the Caravan with Cael. (Sorry but my linking skills don't exist.)

Edit: Sorry El, didn't realize your post was what I was referencing. I was just Googling the Caravan and headlines popped so I referenced it. Good article anyhow.

Can only imagine the pandemonium, should the bear have wandered near, only to have "everyone" spray a bunch of bear spray in the air, get blinded by it, not know where the bear is, while the bear sits on his haunches and laughs his bear-ass off.

"Everyone relax! It isn't a 600lb Grizzly Bear, it is only a 300lb Black Bear."
