Woke up to a gully-washer with rivers of water flowing down the hill behind and in front of the house. That got me to thinking how our coaches might prepare for a game in heavy rain and/or soggy field?
Do they practice in-doors, then go out game day and hope the precision of execution is there?
Or might they spend the week practicing outdoors in the mess, hoping to teach the players how to play best in the wet/soggy weather?
Or a little of both? ( might that not confuse the kids?)
