What does FCS do? D2, D3, whoever else plays college football. Do they have this huge SOS rating system that they go by? Autobids? I know very little about them because you have to hunt for a regular season game and they get less than 0.5% of the sports news mentions.

No not FCS. March Madness, volleyball, every sport that has a real playoff that don't use records. Well see if I'm wrong. If I am I'll own it and bash them but I think we'll see major changes as they'll care about who is number 10 or 11 not just 4.
