Tim, perfect timing! I love Casey and Cody and was wondering if / when they'd be considered for their own HC opportunities. Sounds as though Cael is the ideal boss and these guys are bought into their roles at PSU

What a terrific article. Great insight into how the coaching brain trust understands their roles and has complete trust in each other. This is the foundation for good leadership and that is the underlying reason for the successful culture the coaches have created.
