Saw Figueroa at Doc B, 5 Counties and CA states last season. He's definitely good and worth keeping an eye on.
FYI - Yusief Lillie who is just a Freshman from Bonney Lake, WA gave him a real contest in the 5 counties final. Final score was 3-2 - Figueroa was better on top.

But then I saw recently that Figueroa was once ranked no.1 overall in Junior High, so it would appear his elite talent was obvious to everyone.
Saw some of his matches at Fargo last year and was very impressed.
