SJLuvs and I have had an amicable private exchange, and we agreed that the political exchanges between left and right, Trump haters and Trump lovers, need to stop now. It's bad enough to have to deal with it in our daily lives, and then we come here and have to deal with it again. We both love the Lions, and believe that we can keep the politics out of our posts. Neither of us is going to touch the political realm here--period.
Now, we only have control over what we do, but we can offer a constructive example for others on this board. He and I have really different perspectives about politics, but we choose to keep that OUT of this forum. And we share an excitement about the football program. We hope that some of you will follow suit.
Anybody who feels the need to vent politically can turn to the Test Board, or Facebook, or any number of other outlets. Please do it somewhere else.
