I'm watching Fulham vs. Liverpool on NBCSN. There was an interesting 13-second sequence late in the 1st half. Fulham seemingly scored to take a 1-0 lead, but the Fulham attacker was deemed offsides on a great cross. To their credit, Liverpool immediately put the ball back in play and were able to find Salah onside for a goal. 1-0, Liverpool. This all took 13 seconds.
In the NBCSN studio at halftime, they talked about the difficulty in making the offsides call in real time and, with how much is at stake, that they should have video-assisted replay.
Will replay make its way to the English Premier League?
