Covington Catholic Lawsuit Re-Instated by Trial Judge

In a somewhat unusual ruling, the trial judge in Cov Catholic lawsuit accepted an amended complaint and allowed the lawsuit to proceed. Ultimately, this case will be decided by the Fed Appellate Court or the Supreme Court, but if the Appeals Court doesn't stay the case, the plaintiffs will be entitled to some interesting discovery. In light of the Washington Post's actions of the last couple of days, I'm sure everything will be above board and the Post will be able to show that it has intelligent reporters and is scrupulously fair.
