Would be curious to hear where MM's legal team is going with those e-mails and why they would be relevent to his lawsuit against PSU? Or is his legal team simply trying to access the e-mails to see their content and if it is hepful?

Is his anything but a legal maneuver so that it doesn't appear that Baldwin was not believed to be Curley's & Schutz's attorney?

Hoover ruled that Baldwin was representing PSU, not CSS. CSS are appealing that decision and their arguments here are consistent with their belief that Baldwin was representing them. Will most likely have to wait until the appeal is heard. Hoover used some twisted logic to come to his conclusion and expected his ruling to be appealed.
