9 days again I was in close contact with someone sick who tested Covid positive lster in the week . I was told Sunday , five days in and have had no symptoms .
Wasn't wearing a mask btw but I've been taking my supplements and exercising this week ( dog was very sick and we were focused on him 24/7) and I'm still alive. Dryness does cause me nose bleeds and I had one this am but I recovered quickly after jamming some toilet tissue in my nose.
Bp 120/76 last night 133/83 this am. Maybe I need ivermectin ???? Does it go well with coffee????
