Or wait-maybe if you look at a map you will notice the geographical location of each University in the conference. Then perhaps figure out why the divisions are how they are.

With regard to strength of programs in the divisions blame Iowa and Nebraska for being weaker than their Division opponents.

Go back and look at the old leaders and legends alignment where they did a much better job of creating balance. Who says they have to put the 3 best programs in the same division? They didn’t do it based on geography last time. And don’t tell me iowa and Nebraska are on par with the big three. It’s not good for the conference.
