If I had to guess, the single clear message would be to increase employment opportunities for ALL AMERICANS by.
1.) mandating increases wages for employers
2.) mandating increased taxes on employers
3.) mandating increased costs for regulatory compliance on employers.
It's a great strategy - original, fresh, vibrant........... And it will surely encourage employers to hire.... lmfao....
