At 5:47 of the ytube video, M Kelly tries to tie down DeSantis and have him admit that he politically punished Disney for their political opinions. He replied that he didn't see why a heavily subsidized company should be able to torpedo state legislation. Crystal and Saagar commented after the video that Trump would be much more effective because he would straight on admit that he was politically attacking Disney. What they and Trump don't understand is that by taking a direct, simplistic approach you are virtually guaranteeing that a court would favor Disney and strike down the legislation. By giving a rational alternative analysis, DeSantis makes it much more likely that a court would uphold his legislation. Is an example of why he is so effective in Florida and why Trump could never and will never get control of the DOJ.
If Trump used his usual approach and lost in the courts, he would bellow and yell loudly and make a lot of people feel good, but in the end be less effective.
