I had read where North Carolina's contract with Nike expires at the end of 2018 and is most likely to extended at a much higher (currently at 3.55 million year ) rate on this new extended one. I knew Penn State's contract was sent to expire end of January 2018 (contract at 3.5 million year). Did Penn State extend with Nike and if so, did they get a higher rate than last contract which was valued at 3.5 mil?
The reason I asked is could not a nice increased contract with Nike or another supplier for Penn State apparel assist athletic funding for the upgrading of facilities.
