Did Penn State play yesterday?

I only ask because I went to Fox Sports, SI.com, and even ESPiN and couldn't find any links to our game on their home page. OK, so maybe we aren't "homepage worthy", so I clicked on each site's NCAAF section and still didn't see anything about our game. Granted, I didn't do a specific search on "Penn State", but you'd think after a throttling like yesterdays, regardless of the opponent, you'd at least be able to go to those sites and see an article on the 10th ranked team in the nation without looking too deep.

Thanks B1G for a schedule that keeps the focus solely on OSU and UM for the final regular season game. I use to complain about the forced MSU rivalry, but now I long for those days.

We are an after-taste, just like after a meal, something doesn't taste the best. The main meal is Bama, OSU, Clemson, Oklahoma and ND. They need to talk about them all the time, everyone else is just there to fill a time slot if needed.

Agree it was incredibly lame.
If any team has a right to bitch its us and Wiscy., especially Wiscy.
1 week of pregame OSU/Michy hype and 6 hours of post game. Puke.
Neither of them passed my "eye test".

I wish we played MSU to end the year but people used to complain about that.

I watched BTN for about 15 mins....long enough to see 12 minutes of OSU-UM and 3 minutes of Wiscy. Pretty much ignoring the only undefeated team in the conference in favor of yet another OSU win in a rivalry that's died.

Yah, it boggles my mind, but i guess It shouldn't. Maybe the B1G is just taking a few years to "make us realize" how good we had it with the season ending MSU game that I , and many others, use to complain about. I'd gladly take it back right now.

No, I don't think PSU played yesterday. You see, I live in the DC area and, although the Post did have an article in today's paper on page 5 of the Sports section, none (that I saw or heard) of the TV news sports coverage, nor the all-news radio WTOP sports coverage even gave the score, let alone any commentary. I somehow suspect that, had the Terps won, that wouldn't have been the case.

Eh, I can't get too upset with the lack of coverage. Maryland is THAT terrible. The good news is that the Lions jumped up over both USC and TCU in the AP Poll. We are now No. 9 in that poll, and the conference championship games will knock some additional teams down below PSU. Aside from the fact that PSU cannot get in the Playoff, it's all good.
