Do Penn State parking passes have scannable bar codes on them?

The reason I ask is that from available images, it would seem fairly easy to “print your own”.

It's easy to get card stock in the same weight and color and simply run it though a printer. The silver shiny area is easy to reproduce also.

I would never do this, but if I did, it would be for one of the better lots. If you got caught, all you say is that you bought the pass online and had no idea is was forged.

They have a hologram on them. That's about it.

It gets worse...scalpers buy them from people in the lots and resell them. They tried to buy mine twice.
