Do you think if Jordan trained for 6 months he could still play in the NBA?

No. He would suck at this point. It's hard for me to write that, as great as he was, but no one can beat Father Time. It is a young man's game. These guys are phenomenal athletes.

He was already flagging significantly in his last two years in Washington. That was 15 seasons ago.

Short answer: no.

No. Legs, got to have legs. He drives around the golf course in a cart at zero bypass speed (been dying to use that phrase since I read the jet thread earlier -- I'm gonna wear it out).

Yes - NBA players don't play that hard, particularly on defense, in any given day. They play too many games and most players are generally taking it easy. He would come of the bench and score 10-15pts in 15min of play. I liken the NBA to pro wrestling...much of it is for show.

I say he would do well....as long as he brought the same officials that let him do whatever he wanted and called fouls on anyone that tried to defend him.

Please, Jordan got absolutely murdered when he played compared to how he'd be treated today. In today's small-lineup pace and space NBA that doesn't allow hard fouling, he'd make Russell Westbrook's stats look pedestrian.
