Through the 90s my family had season tickets for PSU football. We'd go down stay for football weekend's and have a blast. The school was run by good people (for the most part). Joe had support and didn't cry about lack of money, he just got the job done. Downtown was hopping. When the football team had a big a game vs ND, Ohio St, Michigan you felt confident. Pep rally's were awesome. There was pride and an overall good feeling.
Now you got a school with a coach and several fans that use lack of money from the administration as excuses for Franklins failures. You have a head coach who blames others and takes zero accountability of himself. We had a horrible AD (Sandy) that was a woke hire and gave Franklin a ridiculous 10 yr $64 mil buyout contract. They do another woke hire in the president who tried to not allow Riley Gaines speak at PSU. You have a school that is so coward it refuses to honor Joe Paterno. You have a downtown that just doesn't have the same feel or fun. Besides Dave Jones you have the biggest p$$y beat riders scared to ask Franklin tough questions. Did I mention are head football coach sucks?
