Judge dismissed the portion aimed at the university, Franklin, and Barbour, due to Lynch filing 3 days after the deadline specified by the whistleblower law. The remaining case against PSU Health and Hershey Medical Center will proceed.
Lynch's attorneys will likely dispute the judge's calculation of the missed deadline, and appeal.

I can't believe Steve Marino created his own cottage industry suing Penn State. I used to hang out with him back in the day while he was dating my sister's roommate in Cedarbrook Apartments. There's some Penn State pride at work.
