I want to clear this up for folks once-n-for-all………….. This is Allar’s first year starting, & the Ohio State game was his first big game on the road against a legit Top 5 team in his career. Odds are he’s gonna struggle in that situation. Now, I’d argue if he struggles that much against Michigan at home then we got a real problem on our hands!
As-for the tailbacks struggling, they’re still very young in their football careers. It’s not uncommon for backs to have a sophomore slump.
I expect that we’ll have a potent offense next season, & I hope for the sake of the team that the staff gives Martin a look at receiver in the offseason.
