I’m curious how many people know why Wanny hates Penn State (at least, why I think he does). I don’t think it’s because he’s a Yinzer, or because he went to school at Pitt, or because he was the Head Coach (he never faced us as head coach).
He gave a shout out specifically to James Franklin ands the entire coaching staff for adapting to the departure of Morehead and others. He also cited the adjustments at halftime. I was surprised
I have to confess I have spent very little time listening to Wanny in my life, but he was just raving at halftime last night.

His defense played very well in that game. Fortunately for us, the PSU defense played better even if it's not evident in the statistics. Our guys were clutch and made big plays when they needed them.
I agree, he seemed on cloud 9 at halftime around the fact we were possibly in trouble. i was surprised he had much to say at the end that was positive.
