So does this effectively just become the new signing day? Is there only a certain couple days that the recruits can fax in the LOI or can they at any time now until enrollment in the fall?

The two signing periods have end dates. The current period ends Friday. The period that starts in February ends in April (I believe).

I believe the first period is only Wed - Fri of this week.....then the second is Feb - April.

The early period is great and clearly ID’s who is still available and what each team needs are. Love it.

To your first point though... most classes are signed and filled. This does effectively become the new signing day IMO.

Sure some guys are still available, but I suppose that was true before as well.
