East Coast tropical storm watch;

Just so it doesn't get buried by the Hurricane Harvey coverage there is a tropical storm watch posted for the east coast. Expected to hit the Outer Banks and some inland areas before going out to sea. If it makes tropical storm strength to be named Irma.

One video showed that wind and moisture from Harry was flowing over the South and feeding into this system.

It was supposed to head back out over the Atlantic south of Long Island last I saw.
