I wish Franklin never brought that topic up. He is setting himself up for all kinds of crap. It starts at the top. He needs to be elite in himself and his staff. Think of our staff compared to the elite teams. When Urban or Saban loss coaches they replace them with big time coaches. We don’t have one single asst coach that would be on their staff. We get Army’s WR coach. Think about that. Army’s WR coach. Same goes for most of our asst’s. I don’t think many of our asst coaches had D1 experience. So our CEO should have saved that speech for himself and his staff.
