Bloodhound Gang - Hooray for Boobies
You are correct. I am s little tired from being on the road all day.Coltrane played on it, but it's Miles Davis - Kind of Blue. Perhaps the greatest Jazz album of all time and one of the greatest pieces of music ever recorded.
Allman brothers live at the Fillmore East
A bit off the wall but judging by these awesome posts, you will love or at least appreciate these:Allman brothers live at the Fillmore East
Best DK album... In my opinion.
My brother is 15 years older than I. He bequeathed to me his album collection in the 1980’s. Unfortunately, he did not take very good care of his vinyl whereas I am a vinyl NAZI! Luckily, his Cream-Disraeli Gears (and Jimmy Hendrix Experience) albums are still in great condition today and exceptions to his normal vinyl care ethos! I feel lucky to own them.Cream-Disraeli Gears
Great choice... although I'm a bigger fan ofFresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables
Sublime - Sublime
Sex Pistols - Never Mind the Bollocks
CCR - CCR, Bayou Country, Cosmo’s Factory, Willie and the Poor Boys, Green River
NWA - Straight Outta Compton
I’m not typically much a fan of recorded live music. Could somebody explain to me the reason the Allman Brothers Fillmore East is such a classic? Is it markedly better than a collection of their studio recorded work?
I like Ludlow’s Garage live better fwiw...

Yessss!!! 3rd bass. What an album.STP-CORE
GNR-Appetite for Destruction
BUSH- Sixteen Stone
3rd Bass- Cactus Album
Beastie Boys-- Pauls Boutique, Check your Head
Nirvana- Nevermind
Soundgarden- Superunknown
My son’s bedroom is classic rock themed. He has about 30 of my old vinyls mounted on his walls. One of them is Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” album that has no “The Wall” lettering on it, just the brick wall. No text at all.
I’m assuming it’s an early press of the vinyl...wondering if it’s worth anything.

As my kids would say, OMG! Have you ever heard anything from that album? Just brilliant playing. Whipping Post, In Memory of Elizabeth Reed, etc.I’m not typically much a fan of recorded live music. Sorry, I didn’t mean to come out snarky or disrespectful to you and your post. The ABB live album is pretty much what a live album should be like (as was UFO’s Strangers) where it is the actual live performance very well recorded without much if any studio overdubs, and even to this day listening to the album brings joy and wonderment to me with regard to ho good it is. This is opposed to Kiss Alive which is mostly a studio album meant to sound like a live performance.Whatevs
