No. He publicly feuded and demeaned his attorney general, made a public pronouncement (unbeknownst to his generals) to throw transsexuals out of the military and brought Anthony Scaramucci, Donald's mini me, into the White House to threaten to fire the chief of staff even before the Mooch has been sworn in.
