Exciting weekend for PSU sports. Tonight, women's volleyball semifinal at about 8:30 on ESPN.

Great comeback...probably the best two teams in the country in that match. Louisville at home won't be easy.

#9 for PSU is a really good player.
Aside from receiving serve, yeah.

I like our chances. Penn State beat LVille in three sets early in the season, as did Nebraska. Pitt also beat LVille twice, and Stanford beat them once.

Penn State has only lost to Pitt and to Wisconsin this season.

Huge comeback, I believe there has been only few reverse sweeps and Penn State has two of them. The other was against Texas a few years ago. Happy they bounced back from their earlier start.

Anybody else annoyed by the camera being behind one end of the court instead of from the side? I don’t watch a lot of volleyball, but I’m used to seeing it from the side. Seems like something they ought to take into account before awarding the final four to a venue (assuming a side camera location isn’t possible in that arena).

What!?! Lol. I went to bed a little after midnight when it looked like they were going to lose set 4 for sure. Ha ha. Saw it on social media a few minutes ago and came here. Wow.
I debated going to bed after the second but happy I stayed up way too late watching it lol. That 9-1 by Nebraska in the 4th is when I thought it was over only for us to answer 11-4

ESPN reporter said a tweaked ankle. Time will tell. I would rather win against a full strength team.
She came out to watch our game wearing a boot on her foot but walked without a limp and looked pain free. Coach said she will play…..but who knows how effective she will be 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've got to believe that the top player, DeBeers, from Louisville will not be at full strength. She could barely put weight on her ankle at the end of the match. I watched the match, and she really turned it. As I said, great weekend for PSU sports. Now on to Saturday with football and men's BB and then Sunday win the National Championship.
