It certainly looks like it. Unless he has a change of heart and releases his income tax returns for the last five years, he won’t even be on the primary ballot. (Of course, they’re all still under that perpetual audit he bleats about whenever this subject comes up.) Bill Weld will get a nice little boost from this, and it should have the added benefit of depressing GOP voter turnout. ROFL.
