Favorite Christmas Cookie?

My mother-in-law's pizzelle's hands down.

Date nut pinwheels would be 2nd.

Pizzelles. I know make them for everyone as mom is too old to make them. Can only do two at a time on the iron. 3 hours for one side of the family and another three hours for the other side. Slow process but yummy
I ended with a second iron. I use both of them at the same time. Speeds up the process

My wife is (or at least was) a big Christmas cookie maker. In the past she had made as many as 38 different kinds in one year. More recently, because of increasing age and physical limitations, she has begun to scale back. This year, she made fewer of each of these:
Oreo Truffles (white chocolate coating only)
Raspberry Roll-ups
Apricot Roll-ups
Ginger Whoopie Pies
Almond Cut-Outs
Pecan Tortes
Raspberry Chocolate Bars
Kit Kat Bars
Russian Teacakes
Dalmatians
Cranberry Lemon Cookies
Spritz
Peanut Butter Kisses
Blueberry Lemon Cookies
Dark Chocolate Peppermint Cookie
Sand Tarts
Peanut Brittle Bars*
* She works in a candy store and invented this cookie as a means to use the leftover shards of peanut brittle after the real pieces had been packaged.
Of course I loved each and every one of them so much that I can't even pick a favorite (I think you guys might now better understand why I struggle with managing my weight [to quote John Candy in Stripes, "well THAT and I eat a lot of pizzas!"]). With the diet that I've already bored the board with, she really scaled back because her major consumer won't be eating any :(. Regardless, friends and family still are reaping the benefits.
