Just looked him up, John Duda, associate professor of neurology at Philadelphia VA.

I normally look down on grown adults dressing up and donning face and body paint to exhibit themselves, but Blue -White Illustrated did an article on these guys a couple of years ago. They went into their backgrounds and once I realized they weren't just a couple of Bozos trying to draw attention to themselves, I didn't have a problem with them.
