FC: Lawsuit by Saints fan

I'm really getting tired of hearing the saints cry when it took the refs screwing the Steelers over for them to even have that game in their POS superdome.

This never should have happened. I hope the NFL suffers terribly in this lawsuit because they deserve it two times over!

How the hell did this case survive summary judgment? I can’t imagine the cause of action it’s based on, plaintiff’s standing to bring the case or that he’s suffered any damages.

I know, the judge in the case is an elected official and didn’t want to get run out of town.

I'm not a lawyer, but isn't there some proof necessary to justify damages? $75,000.00 isn't just arbitrary, it's deliberately low to keep the case out of federal court. And then they're going to prove that 'they would have won' if the refs award the penalty? Holy sh*t.

Gonna look something like this:

Ridiculous! Last year the Steelers lost a game to the Saints when the refs called a phantom PI penalty in the endzone against the Steelers that probably cost them the game and kept them out of the playoffs.

Sports officials have been blowing calls since the first sporting event was held. It sucks for the people on the bad end of it and we've been there a lot of times recently. Maybe we should have sued the Big Ten.
