Sandra wasn't pretty. She didn't have much of a figure. However, she had "that look". Every time you saw her on the screen your mind would wander and the fantasies would kick in. I can't describe "the look" but she had it.
Skanky might be part of it. I did a google search on "skanky" and got some over the top (Stormy Daniels type) photos. I think Sandra Locke also had the look of that 8th grade English teacher that you just couldn't take your eyes off all during the class.
I'd enjoy immensely if someone (with more time on their hands than myself) to put together a list of the "Top Ten Skankiest" so we can vote on it (for #1) in a poll. Madonna should be one of the candidates IMO.
