I dunno. I sat for most of the trial. Laura Ditke and Patrick Schulte were embarrassing. This was the "A" team for the state and I was embarrassed for them. They had nothing.

The state had no case. They simply offered up ZERO facts, and NONE of the conditions of the charges applied to Spanier.

None. Nada. Zero. Zilch.

And it now opens up a HUGE can of worms for everyone in Higher Ed across our state. There is now no compelling reason to have minors on your campus. No sports camps, no community outreach...NONE. Not worth it. Eff that.

And then to have Jack Raykovitz sit there in the witness chair - admitting that he knew it was a Second Mile teen, knew it was out of program contact, never bothered to identify the teen, nor ask his parent(s) about it, nor circle back with Mike McQueary for the deets on what caused ALL kids to be bounced from campus buildings...what the HELL? Swim Trunks Jack?

I fear you are correct. Any chance of the truth and fact coming out have long gone out the window along with Jacque du Streppe's Robert Reed and Rock Hudson rear cold patched inflatables.
