Kane has clearly stated on camera that she did not inherit any investigation into Second Mile. There has been ZERO follow up the past 4 years from every single media member I've spoken to, except for Will Bunch doing a piece on Lynne Abraham back in December 2014.

Because he thinks Abraham is a fraud and could pitch that to his editors.

Yes, just posted another thread at same time you were posting this. Feather's lies are proven by formal statements made to the press by the Corbutt Administration both in 2011 and 2012 after Kane's election - I included links in my post to articles summarizing these statements including direct quotes.

This also upsets me greatly. I've worked with real child advocates, but in the eastern part of the state. There is something wrong in Central PA and it originates from Harrisburg is my gut feeling. That women is awfully focused on the false narrative for a rape advocate, which is so damaging.

The only child abuse professional who has sounded legit has been Clemente. Listening to him talk makes it more clear, not less, about what happened and why, which is the kind of understanding any advocate should be after, NOT public blaming of some individuals, no matter how right or wrong their actions were. Blaming/vilifying hurts the end goal--to stop the predators earlier rather than later.

I sincerely hope for children services sake that there is a fed investigation.

I think that Jerry's proclivities have been known by some powerful people for a long time. I think they've used TSM exactly as you've stated, and knew they could just offer him up if anyone started asking questions about the money side of things. They probably planned to shield him for as long as possible, knowing it would eventually become untenable and they could just offer him up, bring in the shredder trucks and slip out the back door.

I also think the plan to anchor it to PSU and away from TSM has been in place since at least 2008. The work to make it so just started around then, when they realized with the CMHS incident that it was no longer possible to keep it covered. Better start finding some things that make it all PSU's fault.

Most people that start charities care about their cause and will want to be involved in most aspects of running the NPO. If they knew what Jerry was, he was compromised and malleable. Just keep the peon volunteers in the dark about Jerry and keep them away from the financial side of things.

That is a very good piece of sluething, I think you are on to something. Plan all along was to give JS up if somebody got to close as a diversion. When JS was found out, Corbett slow played long enough to find an additional scapegoat besides JS because just throwing JS out there meant that somebody might start doing some real snooping into the Second Mile. So along comes MM and they have the perfect scapegoat in Joe/C/S/S and the wheels are put in motion.
