This is actually not Trump's in my opinion. It is the fault of the Republicans in Congress. They care more about saving money than in providing a modern building for the FBI to conduct it's business.
It's not just the peeling plant, cracking concrete and who knows what else. Also, FBI employees are around as many as 12 locations in DC. PATHETIC Republicans pretend they are tough on criminals.
