1. Restore the rule of law. All DOJ employees in the top 3 or 4 levels must be fired. Many must be prosecuted for obstructing the investigation into HRC. Force Comey to resign or fire him. Replace all of the fired DOJ and FBI employees with people who understand that their job is to re-instate the rule of law.

11. Rescind every executive order issued by Obama.
12. Use the Nuclear Option in the senate if necessary. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
13. Dismantle the governmental bureaucracy. Cut spending in each government budget by 1% per year. A real 1%, not a 1% reduction in the rate of increase. See point 10 for any displaced workers.
