get credit for a first round win. They are penalizing the best wrestlers by making it more difficult to accumulate points!

There really arent any byes at Nats
The pigtail match in theory makes it seem like there are 15 byes (depending on how your bracket looks) but they shouldn't be considered "byes".
A wrestler who gets a bye in the first round gets the advancement point for that round if they win their next match.
Been saying this for years.. It seems pretty obvious to me.
