I believe it was you who first called the concern over the loss of the Reno tournament.

The reasoning was because the Big10 tourney would be the first 2 day event the team would be involved in this year.

Also there was a mention of a strong Smith Okie St team not competing in a multi day tournament until the NCAAs one year. Apparently after a poor performance Smith starting scheduling something like the Scuffle.

If that was indeed you, Good call. If not, then whoever, good call.

I am not sure it had any impact or not. Its just that I remember reading it and thought we'll have to see. Even though cognitively I am kind of dismissive, but still.

As far as Cael's take. Even if there was a speck of consideration to the possibility in Cael's mind - he is not articulating it, or anything else that may sound like an excuse.
