Question about PSU-Iowa, and Foley gives his match-by-match predictions for the dual, also a question about last week's PSU-Rutgers match

appears to be a big typo in Foley's opening sequence.

For those keeping track, this is week 16, and despite promises he tweeted, no response to Flo's article about Olympic reffing corruption from Foley.

Well, in his opening two paragraphs. That said, there also seems to be a minor typo in your title, unless you can see the future, and he's going to publish the exact same thing next Sunday! :)

Looking forward to the dual tonight.

LOL. I missed that. AutoFill kicks in each time I do a Foley's Mailbag post, and I have to remember to correct the date. Appears I only got part of it corrected ... until your post brought it to my attention.

That is one strange prediction. Joseph getting decisioned? No bonus for PSU? We shall see...

If Suriano beats Gilman, it could be a long night for Iowa. Gilman and Joseph have the same probability of winning and about the same chance to bonus......lean to VJ. I am leaning toward this being a wild wrestling event, not the low scoring decision fest predicted.

My hope is all wrestlers, both teams, come to wrestle, and we see an entertaining dual.

I think all you're going to get out of him is "less-than-friendly" regarding the corruption.

Gilman and Joseph have the same probability of winning? What makes you say that?

Point is...Suriano can beat Gilman, Gunther can beat Vincenzo, and on and on. Should be fun tonight, but the guys must be ready to wrestle..

Like I said, Gunther beating Joseph is a funny prediction.

Thanks for history lesson - I read all the dual results each week too. And like you said, half of those are not upsets.

95%likelihood is never 100%, but it's damn close.

I do like your lineup / mathematical explanation that you combine w Dice's OP in the other PULL THE SHIRT thread about the top 4 teams at nationals - that post is outstanding and should be pinned.
