UCLA went and put on a show case game against Arizona winning 56-30
then last Saturday they lost, some say embarrassed by Arizona State. In the loss they played a conservative running game. Freshman Josh Rosen has been hot and cold throwing INT's.
Asked about his decisions OC Mazzone said "I was not nearly as aggressive as a play caller as I should be at this point" ... "It's like life. If you wake up in the morning out of bed, and all you're worrying about is not making the right call, not making mistakes, you might as well not get your ass up out of bed." ... "you got to go out and be freaking aggressive ..."
"My job is to have confidence in (all) my players and put them in the right position for them to have success"
Not sure what is going on with the PSU OC but I wish he had the same attitude as Mazzone. And Franklin should let him explain.
