Watched very little of Minnesota but how worried should we be?

Yes, you are a fanboy. Not a competitor. Not someone who has competed.

Did you hear Drew Allar telling everyone, "Kent State is a joke, we don't need to take them seriously?"

Did you? Cite it please.
He's not giving them bulletin board material
I can't believe you were an athlete and you're pretending players weren't honest
Hell, playing hockey for 4 years in Pittsburgh in the early 90s we intentionally tried to score early and often so we could take it easy on the other teams because most weren't capable of playing with us. But, yeah, we never talked about that--no friendly wagers to see how many goals we could score in the first period or anything. Just pure terror.

Fanboy. lol....

PSU's OL and DL combined are probably the strongest of Franklin's tenure. So the danger of being upset by mid-level teams is much less because PSU has multiple ways to win. In other words, Minnesota probably isn't beating PSU for the same reason PSU doesn't beat tOSU. For all the elaborate Xs and Os, football is still fundamentally a line of scrimmage game.

Maryland will come in extremely motivated. Nothing would make them happier than beating PSU and knocking us out of the playoffs. They always have good WRs, so that will be a challenge.

Penn State's all time record against Maryland is 43-3-1. Relax, if we're 10-1 going into the Maryland game it won't be close.

All they had was Tua and he's gone. They couldn't even win when he was there. They're always motivated for a little while, at least till reality sets in.

IMHO, they are about the same as ILL, Wisconsin, USC, and Washington. they are dangerous but if you play your A game, their A game cannot compete. But if we play our C game and they play their B+ or better game, it will be a dogfight.

They are well-coached and motivated. They'll be playing a top five team at home for their last home game of the season.

  • Lost to NC
  • beat Rhode Island
  • beat nevada
  • lost to Iowa
  • Lost to UM
  • beat USC, close
  • beat UCLA, close
  • Killed MD
  • beat ILL, close
  • lost to Rutgers
And could be playing to be bowl eligible.

The other ONE you mean. That freshman can't even get lined up correctly and holds on 100 yard kickoff returns. He has the Gesicki disease.
Ref announced the wrong number on that kickoff penalty call, which is why nobody could find the hold. Wasn’t on 85. Think maybe 80.

If the players and coaches have their heads on straight, nothing to worry about. (Barring no key injuries)

That's great! We have 6'6" tight end that has the most receptions on the team
What's not great is not taking note of what post another is in reference to and that misidentifying sarcasm both are both negative measurements of IQ.

They are 6-4 on a bye week. They play us then Wisconsin. I think they are already bowl eligible but it will be their last home game. Not that they need any more motivation to play a top five team.

They don't have the horses up front. That's been the story with PSU-MD in recent years. Locks recruits skill players well -- QBs, receivers, sometimes running backs. But getting the big guys especially on the D-line is hard for programs like MD. PSU OL and DL now is mostly people who are going to be playing on Sundays and if you don't have that it's hard to scheme around it.

Minnesota isn't a problem. No sane person is concerned--see the good posters on the board that follow the sport nationally
You keep saying this nonsense about never competing because you don't have anything else. You can't articulate a point to save your life.
I promise you, I played sports at a much higher level than you.

Sorry sir, I have him on ignore and I was being a little sarcastic. I am happy for one thing, I finally got dissed by you. I feel part of the board now. ;)
