I could watch this all day. I love that they make sure, during training camp, that the team know the alma mater, and that they invite in the Blue Band.
This is what college football is about!!!!
Man it must be fun to play for this staff.
Can you imagine being a freshman at one of your first team meeting and in walks the band. Fun times are ahead of us.
Franklin seems to think of everything! Such a high energy positive person - so glad he's our coach.
Bottom lime, Franklin was a PA kid who grew up wanting to go to Penn State. He has the same love for the school that we all do.
Franklin is awesome. He seems to think of everything possible to energize the team. It's got to be great playing for him and his staff must love it. I don't doubt the staff comes up with some of the ideas, but Franklin must approve them. This is just awesome. Both the team and band seemed pumped by this.

What's really impressive about Franklin and his staff is how they balance an incredible work ethic, strict rules, and such a no nonsense approach with having fun. As anyone who's been in a position of leadership knows, that's not nearly as easy as they make it look.
